Welcome to Vadarue. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout these Terms, “Vadarue,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vadarue and the business operating the Vadarue store. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other user of our Services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing from Vadarue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Online Store Terms
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate applicable laws while using our Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.
2. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present our products, descriptions, materials, measurements, and colors as accurately as possible.
However, product colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, photography, and device settings. Because some Vadarue products incorporate natural materials or handmade elements, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, shape, measurements, or finish may occur.
These natural and production variations are not necessarily considered defects.
We may modify or discontinue products, colors, styles, packaging, or other product details at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in the currency indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, or offers at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where required.
4. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, misuse of promotions, or unusually large quantities that appear intended for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Vadarue offers free standard U.S. shipping on qualifying orders of $49 or more. Applicable shipping charges for other orders are displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside Vadarue’s control may affect delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Returned products must generally be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
A $6 return shipping fee applies to returns and exchanges using our prepaid return shipping label.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return results from an error by Vadarue.

7. Six-Month Claw & Clip Guarantee
Eligible Vadarue hair claws and clips are covered by a six-month manufacturing guarantee beginning on the date of delivery.
If an eligible claw or clip breaks within this period because of a manufacturing defect, Vadarue will provide a replacement at no cost, subject to verification and product availability.
The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accidental drops, misuse, improper care or storage, alterations, normal wear and tear, or other damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
We may request photographs, order information, or other reasonable documentation before approving a guarantee claim.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Promotional Codes
From time to time, Vadarue may offer promotional codes, discounts, gifts with purchase, or other special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional offers cannot be combined
- Promotional codes have no cash value
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases
- Promotions may have eligibility requirements or expiration dates
- Complimentary gifts are available while supplies last
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions and to reject promotional use that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the terms of an offer.
9. Loyalty, Rewards & Referral Programs
Vadarue may offer loyalty points, rewards, referrals, or similar customer programs.
Participation may be subject to separate program terms. Points and rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a loyalty or rewards program, adjust redemption requirements, or cancel points obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity, subject to applicable law.
10. Complimentary & Final Sale Items
Products designated as Final Sale may not be eligible for returns or exchanges except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Complimentary products, gifts with purchase, promotional items, and certain rewards items are generally not eligible for cash refunds.
Any additional restrictions will be disclosed with the applicable product or promotion.
11. Intellectual Property
All content appearing through Vadarue’s Services—including the Vadarue name and branding, product designs, original artwork, photographs, graphics, illustrations, packaging designs, text, website content, logos, and other creative materials—is owned by or licensed to Vadarue and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access our website for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Vadarue content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Vadarue intellectual property.
12. Reviews, Feedback & User Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, feedback, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate.
Where permitted by law, you grant Vadarue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute content you voluntarily submit to us for purposes related to operating, improving, or promoting Vadarue.
13. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may use or provide access to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, shipping providers, social media platforms, analytics providers, and other technology providers.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Vadarue is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or actions of independent third-party services.

Your submission and our processing of personal information through the Services are governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or Services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
This includes attempting to interfere with the operation or security of our website, introducing malicious software, scraping or harvesting information through unauthorized automated methods, impersonating another person, violating intellectual property rights, or attempting to obtain unauthorized access to our systems or customer accounts.
16. Errors & Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary.
If an order is canceled after you have been charged, we will refund the applicable amount.

Except for warranties expressly provided by Vadarue and to the extent permitted by applicable law, our products, website, and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that our website will always operate uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vadarue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, Services, or products.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Vadarue’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vadarue harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
