Refund policy

We hope you love every Vadarue piece. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

14-Day Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned with their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or your Vadarue order number is required
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery
  • A $6 return shipping fee applies to all returns and exchanges and will cover the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.

Items returned damaged, used, altered, or without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, there is no original shipping charge to deduct.

Exchanges

If you would like a different color, size, or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your preferred item is unavailable, we can issue a refund for the eligible returned item instead.

6-Month Claw & Clip Guarantee

We design our cellulose acetate hair claws and clips to be beautiful, durable essentials you'll reach for again and again.

All eligible Vadarue hair claws and clips include a 6-month manufacturing guarantee from the date of delivery.

If your claw or clip breaks within six months due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it with a new one at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, please contact us with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental drops, improper use, improper storage, alterations, or other damage unrelated to the manufacturing of the product.

Replacement items are subject to availability. If the original style is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Final Sale & Promotional Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Complimentary gifts, promotional items, and rewards redeemed with loyalty points are not eligible for cash refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

We'll review the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return, exchange, or warranty replacement, send us an email to hello@vadarue.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return, exchange, or replace
  • The reason for your request
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

Please do not send items back without first submitting a return request.
